Come and teach children at a township primary school

We are very excited to have launched a new teaching program in Cape Town this week! The program is placed at a township primary school and involves teaching a selection of students basic literacy and numeracy skills in one on one sessions.

The aim of the program is to give children who may be falling behind in class some extra tuition and personal attention in an effort to bring them up to the required level of skill needed in areas of literacy and numeracy.

This is the only program of its kind in the area and both GVI and the teachers at the school are very excited about the opportunity this program presents for the children here in the Nomzamo community.
